What Utilities are residents responsible for?
Answer: Residents are responsible for all utilities including Southern California Edison for electricity, Cox Communications for cable television, high speed internet and telephone, American Utility Management (AUM) for water, trash, and sewer is billed monthly.
Do the apartment homes come with assigned parking?
Answer: Yes! All apartment homes come with either 1 assigned garages or 1 assigned parking space.
Do all apartments come with washer and dryer?
Answer: Most floor plans come with full size washer and dryer hook ups.
Can I rent a refrigerator?
Answer: Yes! Refrigerators come in select apartments. If your home doesn't have one and you wish to rent one we can help you with that.
Does the leasing office accept packages for Niguel Summit residents?
Answer: Yes!
Do the apartments come with storage?
Answer: Yes, most apartments come with a storage area located on the patio. The storage areas vary in size.
Does Niguel Summit have a pool?
Answer: Yes! We have 2 pools and spas, we also have a fitness center and these are all open from 8am to 10pm.
